Rafaela Serrato and her daughter Celene Serrato were returning home near Knights Road around 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 21 when the crash occurred, GoFundMe organizer Jasmine Serrato said.
The impact immediately killed Celene, she said. Rafaela later died at an area hospital.
They were "in the wrong place at the wrong time," according to Serrato.
Police are investigating and no charges have been filed, she said.
Further details on the crash were not immediately known.
"This loss was sudden and absolutely tragic but we would like to remember them and the good times when they were alive and with us," Serrato wrote.
"We will never forget them."
